Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Charmify! Below you will find details about our shipping process.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We currently ship within the United States & Puerto Rico.
  • Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days once the order has been shipped, depending on your location and carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

Charmify is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@charmifypr.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
