Thank you for shopping at Charmify. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain items, such as sale items, gift cards, or personalized/custom products, are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@charmifypr.com.
